CaperStack Terms of Use

You retain ownership of any data or content you upload to CaperStack. By using our services, you grant us a license to use, reproduce, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the services.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful behavior. You may terminate your account at any time, but no refunds will be issued for any remaining subscription period.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

CaperStack is provided on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CaperStack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CaperStack, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of your use of the service or violation of these Terms.
